Presentation 1

Finished with persuasive presentation entitled "Potrait Drawing: Where Beauty is Preserved". Not really persuasive as told by the eveluator, but not for me. I were to offer potrait drawing service to people in regards for them to preserve their beauty and uniqueness, perhaps this kind a promotion for my service!LOL.

Another post.
A very fine day for a beautiful presentation though it not such as good as my imagination at the very first. I enjoyed it!!peace~

Fixative

To save budget? now you can do it. No need to have very expensive fixative spray in order to preserve your charcoal fine particles on your drawing.

During applying fixative spray

Just use hairspray or clear aerosol spray. It is actually work very well on paper as well can improve the look of your drawing. The masterpiece become much more beautiful!

Not this hairspray.
One of it. You can have many more in market.
But again if you are looking for very great effect, expensive fixative spray would be the answer. It really worth every penny you spend for it. But hairspray just work the same! So, the choice is yours. For me, hairspray always in my heart! love ya!peace~

Aina Najwa

This is my latest commision potrait. By referring to softcopy picture, it is quite difficult because you can't really  determine the lighting of the image itself. You need to move the screen a bit forward to see the real image with the exact pixel.

She love to have rear picture instead, but it can't show her face well. So , I choose to draw photo below and decide to put her name at the top of the potrait.

Work

Just finished my latest commision potrait drawing. It was a girl. Now, I get to use drawing block instead of typical A4 paper. The result was kind a cool as my friend felt satisfied with the potrait.

Lot of works were still waiting for me, another commision potraits need to be finished within this limited time plus assignments:

1. A Malay Girl with beautiful eyes
2. A red tulip with water droplet

Long way to go. By the way, blogspot was really made me troublesome as it had problem on uploading pictures. Hopefully, it just not only me.

For my Vanitas, I was trying to finish shading part and do some details as soon as possible.

Smoke

After being told by my friend, she gave me a brush called smoke. Wow, first impression when I used that particular brush was totally awesome.

Still figuring some experiments to do with this kind of popular brush among Photoshop users. The artwork shown below was not so latest , just old drawing that I kept in my sketchbook.

Very long week, with a lot of assignments and works to do. I wish to rest whole day long while having very delicious blueberry cheese cake. yummy.

Vanitas

Currently, working on vanitas entitled "Shame". Just would to express my art into this concept, though it really new to me.

I'd prefer to discover more such as surealism. The concept itself  is quite interesting and I'd like to draw it onto my sketchbook. But, still thinking of ideas to make it real.

My Favourite

Faber-Castell 9000 pencils

This is my other pencils set. I love to use it, cause of the variety of hardness itself. It is nice to be used for shading and also sketching. I likely the most when it gives really clean and nice shading to difficult parts.

When do smudging , it blends very well and give smooth effect. This set comes with 12 pencils start from H till 8B. The price is about RM 20.00. It is really worth it.

It still new!

I just went to the nearest stationary store to find pencil that can be used for my drawing. Thanks to my buddy, cause drove me there.Fortunately, after touring the store for about one minute, I found graphite pencil which was 4B LIBERTY graphite stick pencil .

It was quite exciting to hold the one full charcoal-loaded pencil. Every each part was totally build by using charcoal only. NO wood cover at the outer part, just thin plastic layer to ensure extra grip to the user. There were only two choices on that time: 2B and 4B.

I bought one piece and straightly try it on my sketchbook once I reached room. Not to forget, the most important thing was the price just RM 2.50 per piece plus LIBERTY was quite well known brand among artists.NICE!!
